Bone Suckin’ Original Rub

The rise in fame of the “Bone-Suckin ‘Sauce” brand began when their homemade barbecue sauce won “the battle of the NC sauces” in March 1994.
That year the Bone Suckin ‘team and 16 other salsa producers gathered at the NC Farmers Market and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture to participate in the “North Carolina Sauce Battle.”
These events attracted over 10,000 visitors and as the rave reviews increased, Salsa won the circuit’s best-selling record each year.
Since 1994 the sauce has been exported to an increasing number of countries and today it is one of the best known and most appreciated brands everywhere.
